In Remembrance
As a professional pilot and serviceman, I extend my deepest sympathy to those who have lost a loved one, family member or friend from any aircraft accident. While aviation is and will continue to be one of the safest means of transportation, there will always be accidents that affect the lives of many. I have been unable to find any sites that collectively provide a memorial to the people that have lost their lives as a result of an airline accident, so I have compiled the following lists here.
My thoughts and prayers with the families and friends of those who were the victims of the unprecedented acts of terrorism that occurred on September 11, 2001. The unexpected chain of events of September 11th, was devastating to our nation and people around the world. This section is dedicated to the passengers and crewmembers of American Airlines Flight 11, American Airlines Flight 77, United Airlines Flight 93, and United Airlines Flight 175.
Song for Athene by English composer John Tavener
Alleluia. May flights of angels sing the to thy rest. Remember me, O Lord, when you come into your kingdom. Give rest, O Lord, to your handmaid who has fallen asleep. The Choir of Saints have found the well-spring of life and door of paradise. Life: A shadow and a dream. Weeping at the grave creates the song: Alleluia. Come, enjoy rewards and crowns I have prepared for you. Alleluia!

In honor and memory of lost loved ones: This section contains a listing of people that have lost their lives in airline aviation accidents. Accidents are listed by airline and flight number, chronologically. Click on the link for the corresponding list. There are two separate lists on each page, one for crewmembers and one for passengers. Crewmembers are separated by position, then alphabetically. Passengers are listed alphabetically by last name. Airline employees that were traveling as passengers are denoted by special notation of job title and company. If you wish to have an accident addend or passenger name added or removed from this list, or if information listed is incorrect please contact the webmaster with "Add/Remove/Edit Memorial List" in the subject line, along with the passenger name, flight, date, and request or change.
