Aviation is one of the only industries that I can think of where teaching the skills of the industry is the primary entry level job. Unfortunately for students, this means that most instructors see teaching as only a stepping stone towards their ultimate goal of flying higher, faster, and larger aircraft. Despite this, there are some truly committed instructors out there, that will bend over backwards to ensure their students succeed.

This section is devoted to those outstanding flight instructors. As time passes and I have more opportunity to develop this section, I hope to add resources for flight instructors, including teaching outlines and lesson plans from my personal library.
